目前国内各厂使用的砂轮回转机都没有自动停车装置,砂轮破碎后需人工操作停车,对安全生产不利。为了解决这个问题,适应砂轮回转机实现自动化和设备更新的需要,我所最近研制成功一种砂轮破碎自动控制停车装置,经多次砂轮回转破碎试验,证明使用可靠,性能稳定,结构先进.现将该装置的情况简单介绍如下。一、作用原理: 该装置由传感器和电子变换放大器组成,如下图所示:
At present, the grinding wheel rotary machines used by various domestic factories do not have an automatic parking device. The grinding wheel needs to be manually operated and stopped after being crushed, which is unfavorable to safety production. In order to solve this problem and adapt to the need of automation and equipment renewal of wheel rotating machine, we recently successfully developed a kind of wheel broken automatic control parking device. After several times of wheel rotating broken test, it proved to be reliable, stable in performance and advanced in structure. The device is briefly described below.
