随着自由基化学和生物学的研究进展,脂质过氧化损害与有关疾病及病理生理过程的关系日益受到重视。细胞膜不饱和脂肪酸发生脂质过氧化反应,影响膜磷脂双分子层结构,破坏膜的液态流动性,损害膜功能,导致细胞内钙超负荷等一系列代谢异常,最终使细胞功能受损。本文旨在观察体外循环过程中血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的动态变化,探讨体外循环过程中脂质过氧化反应的规律。
With the progress of free radical chemistry and biology, the relationship between lipid peroxidation damage and related diseases and pathophysiological processes has drawn increasing attention. Unsaturated fatty acids in the cell membrane lipid peroxidation, affecting the structure of membrane bilayer phospholipids, liquid membrane damage the liquidity, damage the membrane function, resulting in intracellular calcium overload and a series of metabolic abnormalities, the final cell dysfunction. This article aims to observe the dynamic changes of plasma lipid peroxides (LPO) and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD) during cardiopulmonary bypass, and to study the regularity of lipid peroxidation during cardiopulmonary bypass.
