目的:对比分析2012年与2013年子宫肌瘤围手术期患者抗菌药物使用情况。方法:采用回顾性分析法分别对2012年与2013年各90例单一病种子宫肌瘤围手术期抗菌药物使用比例、使用周期、联合使用以及抗菌药物费用等方面进行分析。结果:2013年子宫肌瘤围手术期抗菌药物使用率低于2012年,前者使用天数及费用也相应低于后者。结论:子宫肌瘤围手术期抗菌药物的使用趋向于合理。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the use of antimicrobial agents in perioperative patients with uterine fibroids in 2012 and 2013. Methods: The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the perioperative antibiotic use ratio, the use period, the combined use and the cost of antimicrobial drugs in 90 cases of single myoma of uterine fibroids in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Results: The utilization rate of perioperative antibiotics in myoma of uterine fibroids in 2013 was lower than that in 2012, and the former was lower in the number of days and the cost was lower than the latter. Conclusion: Uterine fibroids perioperative use of antimicrobial drugs tend to be reasonable.
