为探讨致癌物对细胞谷胱甘肽代谢的影响,本文用3-甲基胆蒽对大鼠胚胎细胞进行了谷胱甘肽代谢影响的研究。结果表明:当细胞接触致癌物后,24小时内谷胱甘肽S-转移酶(GST)活性明显下降,谷胱甘肽(GSH)也有所下降,前者与对照组相比有显著意义;72小时后GST活性明显增加,GSH浓度明显增高,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),称之为“反跳”现象;两周后,二者均恢复正常水平。而r-谷氨酰转移酶(r-GT)接触致癌物前后活性变化无统计学意义。
In order to investigate the effects of carcinogens on glutathione metabolism, the effects of 3-methylcholanthrene on glutathione metabolism in rat embryonic cells were studied. The results showed that the activity of glutathione S-transferase (GST) was significantly decreased and glutathione (GSH) was decreased within 24 hours after cell contact with carcinogens, the former was significantly higher than the control group; After hours, GST activity increased significantly, GSH concentration increased significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05), known as “rebound” phenomenon; two weeks later, both returned to normal levels. There was no significant difference in the activity of r-glutamyl transferase (r-GT) before and after exposure to carcinogens.
