用反相高效液相色谱法对肠炎宁片槲皮素的含量进行测定，建立了肠炎宁片中槲皮素含量测定的条件。固定相柱为Ｓｈｉｍ－ＰａｃｋＣＬＣ－ＯＤＳ４．６ｍｍ×１５０ｍｍ；流动相为甲醇－水－磷酸（５５４４．６０．４）；检测波长２５４ｎｍ。方法平均回收率及ＲＳＤ分别为９９．６％和１．０１％。
The contents of quercetin in Enteritis Ning Tablets were determined by RP-HPLC, and the conditions for the determination of quercetin in Enteritis Yan Ning Tablets were established. The stationary phase was Shim-PackCLC-ODS 4.6 mm × 150 mm. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (5544.60.4). The detection wavelength was 254 nm. The average recoveries and RSDs were 99.6% and 1.01%, respectively.
