各级广播电视局、电台、电视台，各级广播电视学会，中广协会各专业委员会，有关高等院校：国家广电总局把2005年确定为“对农服务年”。为配合总局的中心工作，推动农村广播电视的改革发展，进一步搞好对农广播电视宣传，努力使广播电视更好地为农业、农村、农民服务，在农村物质文明、政治文明、精神文明和社会主义和谐社会建设中发挥更大的作用，中国广播电视协会和浙江省海宁广播电视台联合举办“海宁潮·天通杯”广播电视农村服务年征文活动。现将有关情况通知如下：
