为探索国产氟哌啶醇片的治疗剂量远较国外同类产品大的原因,选择4名受试者,单次口服国产糖衣片,国产裸片与进口氟哌啶醇片剂进行生物利用度比较。结果发现国产糖衣片的相对生物利用度为64.13％,国产裸片为74.43％.而蜂浓度和消除速率常数基本一致。
To explore the treatment of domestic haloperidol tablets dose is much larger than similar foreign products, select four subjects, a single oral domestic sugar-coated tablets, domestic and imported haloperidol tablet bioavailability comparison . The results showed that the relative bioavailability of domestic sugar-coated tablets was 64.13%, domestic-made die was 74.43%, while the bee concentration and elimination rate constant were basically the same.
