In the experiment, the stocking density (40 / m ~ 2,70 / m ~ 2,93 / m ~ 2) under the condition of flowing aquaculture was studied using the large hybrid sturgeon (Daphnia magna × Sturgeon ♂, initial body weight of about 38g) m ~ 2, 110 / m ~ 2) on the body composition and blood biochemical parameters. The results showed that the stocking density had a negative impact on the composition of the sturgeon after the 60th feeding. The moisture and ash content increased with the increase of the density, and the crude fat and crude protein decreased with the increase of the density. The content of serum alkaline phosphatase in hybrid sturgeon decreased with the increasing of density, and the content of serum organic component protein, total cholesterol, triglyceride and urea also showed a downward trend. The contents of inorganic phosphorus and magnesium in serum also increased with the increase of stocking density reduce. The results of this study indicate that stocking density changes the absorption, metabolism and distribution of nutrients in the large-hybrid sturgeon, causing changes in the biochemical composition in the body and blood, which in turn may have adverse effects on the nutritional status and growth of the fish.
