作者曾两次随海上医疗队去南太平洋和东海海域执行任务,同时参加了执行任务前的海上合练、编队训练等。在此期间施行了2例全麻手术。另外,对狗施行大、中手术麻醉9例次,均获成功。现就海上麻醉的问题初步探讨如下。一、海上麻醉的特点和要求 1.船体随风浪前后、左右摇摆,腰麻和硬膜外麻醉在摇摆中操作难度大,有时麻醉平面也不易控制,一般不适宜作为海上麻醉。
