企业信用文化是企业全体员工共同有的诚信信念和期望的模式,是企业运作的精神支柱,企业信用文化运用得当可以制造出巨大的经济效益。本文着重分析我国企业信用文化缺失的现象,并提出了建立健全企业信用文化的一些对策。
Corporate credit culture is the common belief and expectation mode of integrity of all employees in the enterprise. It is the spiritual pillar of the operation of the enterprise. The proper application of corporate credit culture can create huge economic benefits. This article focuses on the analysis of the lack of corporate credit culture in our country, and puts forward some countermeasures to establish and improve corporate credit culture.
