发展非公有制经济的几个认识问题

十五大和十六大基本上解决了发展非公有制经济的一些重要的理论问题和政策问题。特别是十六大报告在发展非公有制经济方面的论述触及到了一些根本的理论问题。当然,从理论上深入论述这些问题还需要理论界共同努力。在此,我只从认识上谈点看法,是想把问题提出来。还需要说明一点,这里谈的非公有制经济,实际上是指私有制经济。

The 15th CPC Congress and the 16th CPC Congress basically solved some important theoretical and policy issues in developing the non-public ownership economy. In particular, the exposition of the report of the 16th CPC National Congress on the development of the non-public economy has touched upon some fundamental theoretical issues. Of course, to theoretically in-depth discussion of these issues also need the joint efforts of theorists. Here, I only talk about my point of view and I want to raise the question. It is also necessary to make it clear that the non-public economy referred to here actually refers to the private economy.
