《我国公共部门非正式组织治理研究》是国家社会科学后期资助项目(14FSH002)结题成果。全书共有六章内容,分别为“公共部门与中国公共部门概述”、“非正式组织理论及其研究”、“我国地方政府非正式组织治理”、“我国国有企业非正式组织治理”、“我国民营企业非正式组织治理”、“我国事业单位非正式组织治理”。第一章“公共部门与中国公共部门概述”一方面对公共部门的概念、分类、活动、人力资源管理进行了介绍,另一方面对中国的公共部门
