用不同照射量~(60)Co-γ射线与0.003 M的NaN_3复合处理和单一辐照处理小麦风干种子,试验结果表明,诱变一代复合处理较单一辐照处理苗高、根长损伤加重,存活率和育性降低.复合处理显示累加效应.株高及穗部等性状复合处理和单一处理无明显差异.各剂量处理一代植株的损伤为F_2>F_3>稳定品系.
Air-dried seeds of wheat were treated with different doses of Co 60Co-γ rays and 0.003 M NaN 3 and single irradiation. The results showed that compared with a single irradiation treatment, the composite treatment of mutagenesis increased seedling height and root length injury, Survival rate and fertility decreased.The combination treatment showed additive effect.The plant height and panicle traits had no significant difference between single treatment and single treatment.The damage of F_2> F_3> stable strain was the same for each treatment.
