本文研究了不同病情大骨节病区和两个非病区学龄儿童的血硒、尿硒和软骨代谢成分-尿氨基多糖及羟脯氨酸的含量.观察到远离病区的非病区组血、尿硒明显高于其它实验组,近邻病区的非病区组与病区组间仅有血硒的差别。血硒与尿硒相关分析表明,非病区组呈高度正相关关系,而病区组的相关系数趋于零。提示单纯以尿硒估价机体的硒营养状态不够全面,应结合血硒综合分析。尿硒与尿液4项生化指标均为正相关关系,尤以病区组相关更密切。此外,本文初步探讨了不同病情尿液生化指标变化的特点。
In this paper, the selenium, urinary selenium and hydroxyproline content of serum selenium, urine selenium and cartilage in different KBD and two non-ward school-age children were studied in this study. , Urinary selenium was significantly higher than the other experimental groups, the non-ward adjacent to the ward and the ward only difference between blood selenium.
