中国汽车业正为目前高增长率的猛进阶段而高兴。但生产厂家未来的形势也未必乐观。1993年中华人民共和国将期待恢复关贸总协定缔约国,那就必须把目前进口汽车约200%的关税调低并取消进口许可证。中国汽车工业必须同进口车展开高质量低价格竞争。
China’s auto industry is pleased with the current phase of high growth. However, the manufacturer’s future situation may not be optimistic. In 1993, the People’s Republic of China will look forward to restoring the GATT signatory parties. Then it is necessary to reduce and cancel the import license of about 200% of the current imported cars. China’s auto industry must start high-quality and low-price competition with imported cars.
