通辽市172名育龄妇女弓形虫抗体阳性率为15.12%(26/172)。26例阳性者流产和畸胎等异常妊娠发生率高于阴性者(χ2=5.04,P<0.05),妇科疾病如子宫肌瘤、盆腔炎、宫外孕和卵巢肿瘤等的患病率也高于阴性者(χ2=4.13,P<0.05)。各类人群中,工人感染率最高,为40.00%。育龄妇女弓形虫感染与异常妊娠及妇科疾病密切相关,加强对育龄妇女弓形虫血清学监测和健康教育具有重要意义。
The positive rate of Toxoplasma gondii antibody in 172 women of reproductive age in Tongliao City was 15.12% (26/172). 26 cases of positive abortion and teratogenic abnormalities such as the incidence of abnormal pregnancy was higher than negative (χ2 = 5.04, P <0.05), gynecological diseases such as uterine fibroids, pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy and ovarian cancer, the prevalence was higher than negative (Χ2 = 4.13, P <0.05). Among all kinds of people, the highest rate of worker infection was 40.00%. Toxoplasma infection in women of childbearing age and abnormal pregnancy and gynecological diseases are closely related to strengthen the serological monitoring of Toxoplasma gondii women of childbearing age and health education is of great significance.
