目前,我国中小学的状况仍是令人担忧的。“减负”口号几乎年年在喊,但学生的负担就是减不下来。学生学习苦,一线教师教书也比较辛苦。这就涉及了一个教学是否有效的问题,这也是新的一轮基础教育课程改革所必须面对的问题。课堂教学效益的高低,与教师的认真程度,学生的努力程度有一定的关系,但绝不是简单的正比关系。作为一线教师,我们应接受并牢固确立“有效教学”这一理念,努力掌握有效教学的方法及行动策略,并积极在课堂教学实践活动中加以应用。只有这样,教师和学生才会收获较好的效益,从而获得理想的教学效果。
