囊虫病发生于口腔器官者极为少见,国内1955年周树夏等报导了一例口腔粘膜囊虫病。1964年汪承宗等报告了3例舌囊虫病。武汉地区尚无舌猪囊虫病的报告,现将我院自近两年所遇之二例报导如下: 例1:患者男性,38岁,机关干部,辽宁人,于1962年9月4日入院。自诉舌尖部长硬结一年余。一年前发觉舌尖左侧长一黄豆大小的硬结,不痛不痒,无其他不适感,包块逐渐长大,似杏核,妨碍舌之动度,并自觉疼痛。体格检查:一般情况尚好,全身无皮下结节。口腔检查,舌尖左侧有约1.5×1.5×0.7厘米的肿块,粘膜
