为了消除激光荧光法临床诊断早期肺癌时产生的假阳性和假阴性误诊,我们开发出了计算机减法图象处理系统。由于该系统使用了像增强器,因此它在获得肺癌荧光强度增益的同时,还消除了肺癌荧光图象的彩色信息。本文找到了一种符合实际临床要求的图象伪彩色处理方法——变换法。根据这种方法,通过计算机程序修改CA6300图象板卡中的查找表,实现了对肺癌荧光黑白图象的伪彩色处理,大大提高肺癌荧光图象的可鉴别度
In order to eliminate the false-positive and false-negative diagnosis caused by laser fluorescence in the clinical diagnosis of early-stage lung cancer, we have developed a computer-subtracted image processing system. Since the system uses an image intensifier, it also gains the fluorescence intensity gain of lung cancer while also eliminating the color information of lung cancer fluorescence images. This article has found a kind of image pseudo-color processing method that conforms to the actual clinical requirements - the transformation method. According to this method, the look-up table in the CA6300 image board is modified by a computer program to achieve pseudo-color processing of fluorescent black-and-white images of lung cancer, which greatly improves the identifiable degree of lung cancer fluorescence images.
