1 前言 在往复式汽油机中,随着发动机的不断轻量化,活塞环组的工作环境及对其性能要求提高到一个越来越高的程度。由于发动机的不断强化,尤其是在油耗、排放等各方面的不断追求高性能。活塞环技术也得到了相应的发展并取得了长足的进步。 其次,在日益蓬勃发展的汽车销售市场中,由于节能降耗和环境保护意识的不断提高,对活塞环的控油功能提出了更高的要求。为了顺应这一历史发展潮流,内燃机的油环技术也得到了极大的发展和提高。逐渐形成了在柴油机中发展螺旋衬环组合油环技术;在汽油机中发展钢带组合油环技术的格局。
