[目的]建立测定月见草油纳米乳中γ-亚麻酸含量的气相色谱方法.[方法]纳米乳破乳后进行甲酯化,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定γ-亚麻酸甲酯含量,再将其换算为样品中γ-亚麻酸的含量.以水杨酸甲酯为内标物,色谱柱为DB-WAX毛细管柱,载气为氮气,检测器为FID.[结果]γ-亚麻酸甲酯在质量浓度0.042 96~0.429 60g/L范围内时与峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 8(n=7);平均回收率为96.99%,RSD为0.96%.[结论]毛细管气象色谱法可用于月见草油纳米乳中γ-亚麻酸含量的测定.
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a gas chromatographic method for the determination of γ-linolenic acid content in the evening primrose oil nanoemulsion. [Method] The nanoemulsion was subjected to methyl esterification after emulsion breaking, the content of γ-linolenic acid methyl ester was determined by capillary gas chromatography The conversion of γ-linolenic acid into the sample content of methyl salicylate as the internal standard, the column for the DB-WAX capillary column, the carrier gas is nitrogen, the detector FID. [Results] γ-linolenic acid The methyl ester showed a good linear relationship with the peak area ratio in the range of 0.042 96 ~ 0.429 60 g / L, R2 = 0.999 8 (n = 7), the average recovery was 96.99% and the RSD was 0.96%. [Conclusion] Capillary gas chromatography can be used for the determination of γ-linolenic acid in evening primrose oil nanoemulsion.
