[目的]观察谷氨酰胺对哮喘模型小鼠白细胞介素(IL)-4,IL-6水平的影响.[方法]取Balb/c小鼠,应用卵蛋白及氢氧化铝致敏,再利用雾化吸入卵蛋白激发气道的方法制作哮喘小鼠模型.随机分为正常对照组、哮喘模型组、谷氨酰胺小、中、大剂量组.谷氨酰胺小、中、大剂量组分别在末次哮喘激发后腹腔注射给予0.40,0.75,1.50g/kg谷氨酰胺,并在注射后30min采血.取小鼠血清,用ELISA方法检测IL-4,IL-6水平.气管插管后取肺泡灌洗液,离心后取上清液检测IL-4,IL-6水平.[结果]哮喘模型组血清及肺泡灌洗液中IL-4,IL-6水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),谷氨酰胺小、中、大剂量组血清及肺泡灌洗液中IL-4,IL-6水平与哮喘模型组比较明显降低(P<0.05),且呈剂量效应(P<0.05).[结论]谷氨酰胺可降低哮喘小鼠血清和肺泡灌洗液中的IL-4,IL-6水平,起到抗炎作用,对哮喘有治疗作用,且作用呈现剂量依赖性.
[Objective] To observe the effects of glutamine on the levels of interleukin (IL) -4 and IL-6 in asthmatic mice. The levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of small, medium and large doses of glutamine were significantly lower than those in asthma model group (P <0.05) ). [Conclusion] Glutamine can reduce the levels of IL-4 and IL-6 in the serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of mice with asthma, play an anti-inflammatory effect and have a therapeutic effect on asthma, and the effect is dose-dependent.
