采用自由基聚合技术将苯乙烯(St)接枝到天然杜仲胶(EUG)分子主链上,探讨了苯乙烯接枝对杜仲胶熔融和结晶行为的影响,使用红外光谱(IR)和氢-核磁共振(1 H-NMR)谱图表征了接枝产物的微观结构。结果表明,接枝苯乙烯后,杜仲胶结晶度下降,β晶型减弱甚至消失。苯乙烯的接枝导致顺式-1,4结构出现,苯乙烯接枝在与双键相连的亚甲基上,而非双键上。
The effects of styrene grafting on the melting and crystallization behavior of Eucommia ulmoides gum were investigated by using free radical polymerization to graft styrene onto the main chain of natural Eucommia. Nuclear magnetic resonance (1 H-NMR) spectra characterize the microstructure of the grafted product. The results showed that after grafted styrene, the crystallinity of Eucommia ulmoides decreased and the β crystal form weakened or even disappeared. The grafting of styrene results in the cis-1,4 structure, with the styrene grafted onto the methylene attached to the double bond rather than the double bond.
