随着我国经济的飞速发展,社会化大生产给我们带来物质财富的同时,令人担忧的职业病也随之而来。职业病的危害无论是对个人还是社会都是十分严重的。由于我国人口多、经济发展不均衡以及法律法规的不健全等原因,劳动者的权益受侵害的情况时有发生,并且劳动者在职业病的认定过程中也很艰难。因此,完善职业病认定制度,加强职业病防治是更好地保护广大劳动者切身利益的必然要求,也是保障职工身心健康,维护职工合法权益的重要举措。
Along with the rapid economic development in our country and the mass production of socialization bring us material wealth, the worrisome occupational diseases also follow. The harm of occupational diseases is very serious for both individuals and society. Owing to the large population, unbalanced economic development and the imperfect laws and regulations, the rights and interests of laborers have been violated. And laborers are also facing difficulties in identifying occupational diseases. Therefore, perfecting the identification system of occupational diseases and strengthening the prevention and control of occupational diseases are the necessary requirements to better protect the vital interests of the vast numbers of laborers. It is also an important measure to safeguard the physical and mental health of workers and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees.
