我国现代化建设的实践反复证明:越是在加快发展的关键时期,越是需要科学理论的指导。2006年,是宁夏各级党委高举邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想伟大旗帜,以科学发展观统领经济社会发展全局,全面贯彻落实以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央提出的构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村、建设创新型国家、树立社会主义荣辱观、加强党的先进性建设等一系列重大战略思想,实现跨越式发展的关键一年。这一年,理论武装工作责任重大、任务繁重,主线清晰、重点突出,切实发挥了开启思维、指导实践、推动发展的重要作用。
The practice of our country’s modernization has repeatedly proved that the more we need the guidance of scientific theories in the crucial period of accelerated development. In 2006, Ningxia’s party committees at all levels held aloft the great banner of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ guided the overall economic and social development with the scientific concept of development and fully implemented the strategy of building a socialist harmonious society proposed by the party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary Society, building a new socialist countryside, building an innovative nation, establishing a socialist concept of honor and disgrace, and strengthening the building of the party’s advanced nature, so as to achieve a major leap-forward development. During this year, the armed forces in charge of theoretical work were responsible, their tasks were heavy, their main lines were clear and the key points were outstanding. They have played an important role in opening up thinking, guiding practice and promoting development.
