BZ6,BZ20、BZ35型组合风扳机工作头是由天水风动工具研究所,红卫5722厂、天津延安五金工具厂联合设计的。于68年10月份完成设计,70年初投入试制,于71年试制完成。BZ6型由天津延安五金工具厂负责试制和生产;BZ20和BZ35型由天水风动工具研究所负责试制,BZ20型由天水燎原风动工具厂生产。样机于1971年5月在红卫5722厂进行现场试验,性能指标达到原设计要求。利用两个以上的工作头可以组成专用组合风扳机,用于汽车、拖拉机、内燃机等制造业的装配流水线上某一部位同时拧紧若干个螺栓,可以减轻工人劳动强度,显著地提高劳动生产率。利用单个工作头来拧紧螺栓时,应将工作头按置在固定装置上使用。组合风扳机工作
