‘圣船’(见插二彩色照片)属春兰奇花,盛开于春节期间。味清香、幽雅;色嫩黄淡绿;花瓣呈对称状紧捧,不散开;舌基部点染朱砂,鼻蕊似“仰佛”。整个花型极象一叶扁舟,故名。植株苗高约45厘米,叶细长、挺拔,有韧性。花箭高约30厘米,花箭主杆在花颈处兀自向下呈急弯状,又被花箭主杆末节苞衣平端托起,使花朵仰面朝天绽放。奇兰‘圣船’生长在四川彭州市境内,仅此一株,实为罕见。◆
’Holy boat’ (see insert two color photos) is a spring orchid flowers, bloom during the Spring Festival. Taste fragrant, elegant; color tender yellowish green; petals symmetrical touches, does not spread; tongue base point cinnabar, nose like “Buddha.” The whole pattern like a leaf boat, hence the name. Plant height of about 45 cm, leaf slender, tall and straight, toughness. Arrows about 30 cm high, the arrow head in the flower neck from the downward bent sharply shaped, but also by the arrow stem earthers flat end hold up, so that flowers bloom backwards. Chelan ’saint ship’ growth in Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province, the only one, it is rare. ◆
