公平正义是构建和谐社会的基石。追求公平正义反映了人类社会发展的美好理想,体现了我们党的价值取向。随着改革的深化,我国社会出现重大转型,一些不公正的新老社会问题不断呈现,甚至矛盾激化,严重影响了社会主义和谐社会的构建。只有公平得以实现、正义得到伸张,才会有和谐可言。本文拟从维护公平正义的角度来对构建社会主义和谐社会做一些理论探讨。
Fairness and justice are the cornerstones of building a harmonious society. The pursuit of fairness and justice reflects the good ideal of the development of human society and embodies the value orientation of our party. With the deepening of the reform, a major transformation has taken place in our society. Some unjust social problems such as old and new continue to appear, and even conflicts intensify, seriously affecting the building of a socialist harmonious society. Only when justice is achieved and justice is done will there be harmony. This article intends to make some theoretical discussions on the construction of a harmonious socialist society from the perspective of maintaining fairness and justice.
