It is of great significance to carry forward and develop excellent national culture in elementary music education. Educators should have a high sense of responsibility and mission. Through the study of Chaozhou music and its understanding of Chaozhou music education, the article puts forward the train of thought and concrete measures to develop the music quality education of Chaozhou from the perspective of developing Chaozhou music.
