目的分析三联幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除疗法与奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁在胃溃疡中的联合应用价值。方法 74例Hp感染胃溃疡患者,按照随机方式分为对照组和实验组,各37例。两组患者治疗1周均采用三联Hp根除疗法;实验组在此基础上行铝碳酸镁药物治疗,治疗2~6周期间采用口嚼方式予以奥美拉唑药物治疗;对照组行奥美拉唑药物治疗,观察两组疗效。结果实验组服药1周后上腹痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组6周治疗后,其临床症状积分低于治疗前(P<0.01);实验组溃疡愈合率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对胃溃疡当中的多种临床症状,采用三联Hp根除疗法与奥美拉唑、铝碳酸镁联合治疗,对于疼痛症状具有很好的缓解效果,且在胃溃疡愈合率方面较高。
Objective To analyze the combined application of triple eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) and omeprazole and magnesium aluminum carbonate in gastric ulcer. Methods Totally 74 patients with Hp infection of gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 37 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were treated for 1 week with triple Hp eradication therapy; experimental group on this basis, the treatment of magnesium aluminum carbonate, 2 to 6 weeks of treatment with oral chelation omeprazole drug treatment; the control group omeprazole Drug treatment, observe the two groups curative effect. Results The disappearance time of upper abdominal pain in experiment group after one week was shorter than that in control group (P <0.01). After 6 weeks of treatment, the scores of clinical symptom in experimental group were lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). The healing rate of ulcer in experimental group was better than that of control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Aiming at the various clinical symptoms of gastric ulcer, triple therapy of Hp eradication combined with omeprazole and magnesium aluminum carbonate has good alleviating effect on the pain symptom and high healing rate of gastric ulcer.
