In order to explore the effect of winter swimming on human platelet aggregation and anti-aggregation system, we measured the plasma levels of thromboxane B 2 and 6-keto-prostaglandin F 1 (1α) in middle-aged and old winter swimmers in Suzhou winter swimming team by radioimmunoassay. Results Thromboxane B 2 was 107.6 ± 63.3pg / ml, which was significantly different from that of healthy controls (p <0.05). 6-keto-prostaglandin F_ (1α) was 63.4 ± 21.9pg / ml, which was not significantly different from that of normal healthy people (p> 0.05). Suggesting that winter swimming exercise anti-platelet aggregation and release of non-platelet function. At the same time, it also suggested that the level of prostacyclin synthesis in vascular endothelial cells of winter swimmers was similar to that of the control group, both of which were effective in preventing cardiovascular diseases such as heart, brain, kidney and other organs caused by atherosclerosis in the elderly Thrombosis within a certain significance.
