消化道出血是颅内血肿的一个常见并发症常称为Cushing’s溃疡或应激性溃疡。1989年5月至1994年5月共收治自发性颅内出血90例，其中并发消化道出血18例5例为重度出血。今就本并发症的临床表现、发病机制及治疗问题进行分析。1临床资料本组18例中男性14例女性4例；年龄40～兀岁；
Gastrointestinal hemorrhage is a common complication of intracranial hematoma often referred to as Cushing’s ulcer or stress ulcer.
