本文在力学和数学分析的基础上,给出了计算蜗形凸轮转位设备力、力矩、压力角、转动惯量等的数学模型及程序,井对力矩进行了优化。本程序对采用余弦、正弦和复合正弦运动规律的蜗形凸轮转位设备的运动和动力参数均能计算,可在设计阶段对设备的运动特性和动力特性进行定量分析,井在此基础上进行合理的结构设计和计算。本文还对总力矩M及对动力特性有重要影响的复合正弦运动规律参数K进行了探讨。
