在全球经济一体化和中国改革开放的背景下,中国企业不得不面对日益激烈的国际竞争。一批优秀企业大胆提出了走出去的战略,并开始在原有传统管理的架构上,逐渐接受西方管理思想和工具,形成兼具中外特点的管理模式。在这些企业中,海尔最具代表性,加上同时代的联想、TCL、长虹、华为等企业的实践案例,对于探索中国式管理道路都具有非常重要的借鉴意义。
Against the background of global economic integration and China's reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises have to face the increasingly fierce international competition. A group of outstanding enterprises boldly proposed a strategy of going global and began to gradually accept the Western management thinking and tools on the original structure of traditional management so as to form a management model that combines both Chinese and foreign characteristics. Among these enterprises, the most representative cases of Haier, together with the contemporaries of Lenovo, the practice cases of TCL, Changhong and Huawei are of great significance to the exploration of Chinese-style management.
