铝电解质的主要成分是氟化铝、氟化钠。为了提高电流效率,在电解质中加入一定量氟化钙、氟化镁。测定电解质中钙、镁一贯是用铜试剂分离,EDTA络合滴定。但方法繁琐,消耗试剂量大。用比色法测定镁已有一些报道,但比色法测定钙却比较少。文献[1]提出用DBC-偶氮氯膦比色法测定微量钙、镁。作者用此法测定电解质中高含量钙、镁时却不理想,一是试剂空白太高,二是三乙醇胺加入量不好控制。本文试用偶氮氯膦Ⅰ比色法测定电解质中高含量钙、镁效果很好,试剂
Aluminum electrolyte is the main component of aluminum fluoride, sodium fluoride. In order to improve the current efficiency, adding a certain amount of calcium fluoride in the electrolyte, magnesium fluoride. Determination of electrolytes in the calcium and magnesium is always separated with copper reagents, EDTA complex titration. But the method is cumbersome, consume large amount of reagent. Magnesium has been reported by colorimetric method, but the colorimetric method for the determination of calcium is relatively small. Literature [1] proposed the use of DBC-chlorophosphonazo colorimetric determination of trace calcium and magnesium. The authors use this method to determine the electrolyte in the high content of calcium and magnesium, but not ideal, one reagent blank is too high, the second triethanolamine is not good control. In this paper, chlorophosphonazo Ⅰ colorimetric method for the determination of high levels of calcium and magnesium electrolytes good effect, reagents
