The Constitutional Law Research Society of China Law Society has been in a hurry for 20 years since it held its inaugural meeting on October 12, 1985 in Guiyang. During this period, China’s constitutional law study has made gratifying achievements. The older generation of constitutional scholars worked hard, trained a group of young and middle-aged constitutional scholars, and made important contributions in drafting the basic laws of Hong Kong and Maucao.
