随着经济改革的深化和科技的不断发展进步,基层财政档案管理的精细化工作逐渐受到越来越多部门以及社会公众的关注。基层财政档案通过对财务、文书等进行搜集整理,记录了不同时期经济发展的不同数据。高质量的财政档案为基层经济工作的展开提供有效的信息,为管理层提供决策依据,是反映一个地区经济发展情况的重要凭证。本文首先阐述了财政档案进一步精细化的重要性,其次在剖析当前我国基层财政档案精细化管理中出现问题的基础上,最终提出了一些改进财政档案精细化工作的意见和建议。
With the deepening of economic reform and the constant development and progress of science and technology, the refinement of grass-root financial records management has been gradually receiving the attention of more and more departments and the general public. The grassroots financial archives collected and sorted out financial and clerical documents and recorded different data on economic development in different periods. High-quality financial files provide effective information for the commencement of grass-roots economic work and provide decision-making basis for management, which is an important voucher reflecting the economic development in a region. This article first elaborated the importance of further refinement of the financial files. Secondly, based on the analysis of the current problems in the fine management of grass-roots financial files in our country, the paper finally put forward some suggestions and suggestions for improving the refinement of the financial files.
