随着我国市场经济的快速发展,“小金库”情况就不断的增多,但是在我国现阶段,国家对“小金库”的治理工作也在不断的进行,但是由于“小金库”的形成具有多方面的原因,而相关的处罚法律法规不完善,这对“小金库”的治理工作提出了新的挑战。基于此,本文就“小金库”的违法性及治理对策进行分析与研究。
