目的 :探讨检测阴道冲洗液β- h CG浓度对诊断胎膜早破的参考价值。方法 :选取 73例晚孕胎膜早破病例和早、中、晚期正常妊娠各 85例 ,采用平衡竞争放射免疫方法测定阴道冲洗液β- h CG水平。结果 :胎膜早破组和早、中、晚期正常妊娠的阴道冲洗液β- h CG平均值分别为 2 5 0 .12± 48.31,2 2 .48± 12 .5 7,5 .7± 1.35和 3.5 2± 0 .95 IU/ L ,胎膜早破组 β- h CG水平明显高于各期正常妊娠 (P<0 .0 0 1)。以 β- h CG2 5 IU/ L为临界值 ,该方法诊断中、晚期妊娠胎膜早破有较高的敏感度和特异性 ,较低的假阳性率和假阴性率。结论 :检测阴道冲洗液 β- h CG浓度 ,是中、晚期妊娠胎膜早破准确、快速的诊断方法。
Objective: To explore the value of detecting the concentration of β-h CG in vaginal washing fluid for the diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes. Methods: Seventy-three cases of premature rupture of membranes and 85 cases of normal pregnancy in the early, middle and late stages of pregnancy were enrolled in this study. Β-hCG levels in vaginal washings were determined by the competitive radioimmunoassay. Results: The mean β-h CG of vaginal washings in premature rupture of membranes group and normal pregnancy in the early, middle and late stages were respectively 2.512 ± 48.31, 22.48 ± 12.5, 7.57 ± 1.35 And 3.52 ± 0.95 IU / L, the level of β-h CG in premature rupture of membranes was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy (P <0.01). With β-hCG2 5 IU / L as the cutoff value, this method has a higher sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis of premature rupture of membranes in pregnancy, and lower false positive rate and false negative rate. Conclusion: The detection of β-hCG concentration in vaginal washing fluid is an accurate and rapid diagnostic method of premature rupture of membranes in middle and late pregnancy.
