蛋白质生物合成是遗传信息的翻译过程,包括起始、延伸和终止3个阶段,其中起始阶段是调控的关键。死亡相关蛋白5是新近发现的翻译调控因子,能够调控真核生物mRNA依赖5’帽状结构翻译及经内部核糖体进入位点途径翻译的起始。随着研究的深入,发现死亡相关蛋白5在细胞分化及凋亡等病理生理过程中具有重要作用。本文就近年来死亡相关蛋白5研究进展作一综述。
Protein biosynthesis is the process of translation of genetic information, including initiation, extension and termination of three stages, of which the initial stage is the key to regulation. Death-related protein 5 is a recently discovered translation regulator that regulates the eukaryotic mRNA-dependent 5 ’cap structure translation and the initiation of translation through the internal ribosome entry site. With the deepening of research, it has been found that death-associated protein 5 plays an important role in pathophysiological processes such as cell differentiation and apoptosis. This article reviews the research progress of death related protein 5 in recent years.
