Budget Implementation at the Provincial and Provincial Levels in 2001 In the context of the complex and volatile international environment and the downturn of the world economy, our economy continued to show rapid growth through adherence to policies and measures such as expanding domestic demand and encouraging export. The momentum, the economic indicators are among the highest in the country. On this basis, the provincial and provincial fiscal budgets were well implemented in 2001, and the fiscal revenue exceeded the income budget targets approved by the provincial people’s congress at the beginning of the year; while the financial expenditures were high on the basis of a large number of policies,
