现将《国务院关于新扩大自留地、饲料地照征农业税的通知》转发给你们。在中共中央、国务院转发国家农委《关于积极发展农村多种经营的报告》的通知下达后,我省有的地方新扩大了一部分自留地、饲料地。根据国务院通知规定,这部分土地原来负担的农业税,应予继续征收,不得减免。这部分农业税,仍由生产队负责交纳。至于生产队是否向那些分得自留地、饲料地的社员分摊,由生产队自行决定。
We hereby forward to you the “Notice of the State Council on Agricultural Land Taxes on Expropriating Land for New Extension and Feeding Lands”. After the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council forward the notification of the State Agriculture Commission on Report on Actively Developing Diversified Industries in Rural Areas, some areas in our province have newly expanded some of the reserved plots and feedstuff areas. According to the notice of the State Council, the agricultural tax originally borne on this part of the land should be continuously levied and may not be reduced or exempted. This part of the agricultural tax is still responsible for paying the production team. As to whether the production team is allocated to those members who have their place of residence or feed, the production team will make its own decision.
