目的:研究和建立一种简易可靠的EN支持大鼠模型。方法:将32只大鼠剖腹建立急性胰腺炎模型,术中经胃放置EN管至Treitz韧带以下5 cm。在导管入口处、胃体、腹膜、颈背部和尾部5处缝合固定导管,用一次性静脉输液管与营养管连接,调节输液管上滑轮,连续匀速输注EN液。结果:所有大鼠均置管成功,平均输液时间为7 d,均耐受良好,无腹泻等症状。TEN支持3~4 d后开始获得正氮平衡。导管无脱出、折曲和泄漏等。结论:该EN支持模型简易、牢固、可靠,所用器材价廉易得,可同时大规模进行,能满足小动物EN支持研究的需求。
Objective: To study and establish a simple and reliable EN support rat model. Methods: Acute pancreatitis model was established by laparotomy in 32 rats. EN tube was placed in the stomach to 5 cm below the Treitz ligament. At the entrance to the catheter, the corpus, the peritoneum, the dorsal and posterior parts of the corpus were stitched and fixed, and the disposable intravenous infusion tube was connected with the feeding tube. The upper pulley of the infusion tube was adjusted and the EN liquid was continuously and uniformly infused. Results: All rats were successfully catheterized, with an average infusion time of 7 days, which were well tolerated and without diarrhea and other symptoms. TEN supports a positive nitrogen balance after 3 to 4 days. No catheter out of nature, bending and leakage. Conclusion: The EN support model is simple, robust and reliable. The equipment used is cheap and easily available, and can be carried out on a large scale at the same time. It can meet the needs of small animal EN support research.
