随着当前我国老龄化进程的加快,离退休职工的数量越来越多。离退休职工管理工作的好坏,直接关系到单位的发展稳定大局。所以,如何有针对性的做好离退休职工的管理工作,已成为当前行业内普遍关注的课题。笔者结合自身工作实践,在本文中分析了加强医院离退休职工管理工作的重要意义,并在此基础上,提出了加强医院离退休职工管理工作的对策措施,供广大业内同行借鉴参考。
With the acceleration of the aging process in our country, there are more and more retired workers. Retired staff management is good or bad, is directly related to the overall development and stability of the unit. Therefore, how to do targeted management of retired employees has become a topic of common concern in the current industry. In this paper, the author analyzes the importance of strengthening the management of retired staff in the hospital, and on this basis, puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the management of retired staff in the hospital for reference of the majority of industry peers.
