单层厂房是工业建设中常用的一种结构形式,主要有钢筋砼和钢结构两种。几十年来的实践证明,这种结构形式是行之有效的。但是由于工艺布置的不断改进,建筑材料的日新月异,要求厂房形式也必须随着技术的进步而进行改革。为了探索今后的发展方向,本文介绍国外单层厂房的发展简况,结合我国现状,初步提出今后单层厂房的发展趋势及应注意研究的问题,供参考。一、国外单层厂房概况国外单层厂房仍广泛采用装配式钢筋砼、预应力砼结构和轻型周护材料的结构,但跨度不断增大则是一种普遍的趋势。从苏联和东欧一些国家的工业建筑结构体系来看,桂距加大的比例逐年增加。
The single-storey factory building is a structural form commonly used in industrial construction. There are mainly two kinds of reinforced concrete and steel structures. Decades of practice have proved that this structural form is effective. However, due to the continuous improvement of the process layout and the ever-changing construction materials, the form of the factory building must also be reformed along with the advancement of technology. In order to explore the direction of future development, this article introduces the development profile of single-floor foreign factory buildings, combined with the status quo in China, initially proposed the development trend of single-storey factory buildings in the future and issues that should be noted for reference. I. Overview of foreign single-storey factory buildings Structures such as prefabricated reinforced concrete structures, pre-stressed concrete structures and lightweight perimeter protection materials are still widely used in single-storey foreign plants, but the increasing span is a common trend. Judging from the industrial building structure system of some countries in the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, the increase in the number of Gui quarters has increased year by year.
