杨近本科二级学院发展高等职业技术教育可充分利用现有的优质的教育资源,具有节约投资且见效快的优势,但容易出现忽视职业针对性,无法提供实训条件,缺乏开放办学经验及内部管理体制难适应等问题。因此,应在办学中做到:一是正确定位构建技术应用型人才培养模式;二是坚持走产学研合作的道路,实行开放办学;三是开展学制改革,积极推进灵活的教学管理制度。
Yang near undergraduate college development of higher vocational and technical education can make full use of the existing high-quality educational resources, with the advantages of saving investment and quick results, but prone to neglect vocational pertinence, unable to provide training conditions, the lack of open school experience and Internal management system is difficult to adapt to such issues. Therefore, we should do it in running schools: First, we should correctly position and cultivate the application-oriented talents in technology construction; second, stick to the road of cooperation between industries, universities and research institutes and implement open education; third, carry out the reform of academic system and actively promote a flexible teaching management system.
