农村劳动力向城市转移是一种不可逆转的必然趋势,是促进经济发展不可缺少的重要因素。通过职业教育可以增加农村劳动力转移的机会,增强转移后的职业稳定性,影响转移劳动力的收入,决定农村劳动力转移的方向和距离,因此,政府必须统筹规划,职业学校必须抓住契机,通过建立配套健全的政策法规,建立完善相关的激励竞争机制,从而充分发挥职业教育在农村劳动力转移中的积极促进作用。
