国际电信联盟组织ITU-T第十五研究组(光传送网及接入网基础设施)于2011年12月5日至16日在瑞士日内瓦召开了(2009～2012年)研究期第六次全体会议。现将会议主要情况和研究进展简要介绍如下1.会议概况参加本次会议的有来自40个国家的25个电信主管部门(M成员)和70个部门成员(m成员)(其中15个认可的电信运营公司、55个科学或工业组织)的代表以及2个国际/地区标准化组织和1所大学/研究机构的代表等共计370人。中国的电信主管部门工业和信息化部代表团,和中国的ITU-T部门成员等一行共83人参加了会议。
International Telecommunication Union, ITU-T Study Group 15 (Optical Transport Networks and Access Network Infrastructure) The 6th Plenary (2009-2012) Study Period was held in Geneva, Switzerland from December 5 to 16, 2011 meeting. Briefing on the main situation and research progress of the conference are as follows: 1. Overview of the Conference There are 25 telecommunication administrations (M members) and 70 department members (m members) from 40 countries (15 of which are accredited Telecommunication operators, 55 scientific or industrial organizations) and a total of 370 representatives of two international / regional standards organizations and one university / research institute. A total of 83 participants from the delegation from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, the telecommunication department of China, and members of the ITU-T Sector in China attended the meeting.
