长江水利委员会网络与信息中心(Network&information center.CWRC)(以下简称网信中心)是长江水利委员会所属事业单位,成立于2002年。一、网信中心主要职责(一)承担委信息化总体规划编制及信息标准的编制工作,研究解决重大信息化技术问题;负责全委信息安全管理等工作。(二)承担委信息设施骨干工程(公用信息平台)和中心数据库的建设与管理工作。(三)负责委信息网的建设、维护与管理;承担委机关政务信息系统建设工作。
The Yangtze River Conservancy Commission Network and Information Center (Network & information center.CWRC) (hereinafter referred to as Network Trust Center) is the Yangtze River Water Resources Commission affiliated institutions, was established in 2002. First, the main responsibilities of the network letter center (A) commitment to the Commission for the preparation of overall planning information and information standards preparation, research and solve major information technology problems; responsible for the whole committee information security management and so on. (B) commitment to information infrastructure backbone project (public information platform) and the center of the database construction and management. (3) Responsible for the construction, maintenance and management of the information network; bear the construction of government affairs information system of the Commission.
