目的探讨简易负压装置在辅助治疗人工血管外露创面的护理。方法对11例患者,男性7例,女性4例,分布在上肢的人工血管外露创面利用自制负压吸引装置行负压吸引辅助治疗,采取护理措施,观察疗效。结果经过负压吸引辅助治疗及护理,创面清洁后行局部皮瓣修复治愈,人工血管得以保留。结论通过自制的简易负压吸引装置治疗人工血管外露创面,采取相应的护理措施,保持有效的负压吸引和冲洗,正确引导患者的疾病治疗相关理念,提高治疗护理的依从性,既修复了创面,又保留了人工血管这一透析通路。
Objective To investigate the nursing of simple negative pressure device in the assistant treatment of exposed wounds of artificial blood vessels. Methods In 11 patients, 7 males and 4 females, the negative vascular prostheses were placed on the extremities with negative pressure to attract the patients with negative pressure. Nursing measures were taken to observe the curative effect. Results After negative pressure to attract adjuvant therapy and nursing, the wounds were repaired by local flaps and the artificial blood vessels were preserved. Conclusions The self-made vacuum suction device is used to treat the exposed wounds of artificial blood vessels. Corresponding nursing measures are taken to maintain effective negative pressure suction and flushing, guide the patients’ disease-related concepts correctly and improve the compliance of treatment and care. , But also retained the artificial blood vessels dialysis access.
